Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple with juice
- - chopped nuts (optional)
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick butter, not margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 cups powdered sugar
How To Make pineapple cake

Step 1Mix all cake ingredients together well and pour into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).

Step 2Beat frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread on cake while it is still hot. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
