Ingredients

1-3/4 c
graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp
sugar
6 Tbsp
melted unsalted butter

8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
2/3 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
flour
2 large
eggs
2 tsp
lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp
vanilla
2 c
halved strawberries
1-1/2 c
blueberries
1/4 c
strawberry preserves, melted

How to Make Patriotic cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 10 mins, let cool.
  • 2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar and flour until smooth. Beat in eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Place pan on baking sheet and bake 30-35 mins, should still be a little jiggly in center. let cool.
  • 3refrigerate 5 hrs. Arrange strawberries on outside edge. Place blueberries in center. Gently brush w/ melted preserves.
