Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1-1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves, melted
How To Make patriotic cheesecake

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 10 mins, let cool.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar and flour until smooth. Beat in eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Place pan on baking sheet and bake 30-35 mins, should still be a little jiggly in center. let cool.

Step 3refrigerate 5 hrs. Arrange strawberries on outside edge. Place blueberries in center. Gently brush w/ melted preserves.
