noah's skittle cake
My sweet nephew Noah asked if I would make him a white cake for his 11th birthday party and I said yes. He doesn't normally doesn't like cake but he is always asking me to bake his birthday cakes so here is the simple cake I came up with. He loves, loves, loves skittles so I thought it would be fun to hide some inside. Yes, I cheated with a bundt cake but why not? It made it even easier to make up. He just loved it as you can see on his face. Plus I made him cut the first slice so he was very shocked to see skittles falling out from the middle when we took the first slice.
