In a large bowl mix together the pudding mix, cool whip, and milk. In a 9x13 pan place the graham crackers in the pan, you may have to break some of the crackers to completely cover the bottom.
Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers, then top with more of the graham crackers. Then pudding again and finally graham crackers.
Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and spread on top of the cake. Cover and chill 4 hours. Taste better the next day if there's any left.
