Ingredients
- 2 packages 3.5 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 - 8oz. container of cool whip
- 3 cups milk
- 1 package 16oz graham crackers
- LEMON FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make no bake lemon ice box cake, iris

Step 1In a large bowl mix together the pudding mix, cool whip, and milk. In a 9x13 pan place the graham crackers in the pan, you may have to break some of the crackers to completely cover the bottom.

Step 2Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers, then top with more of the graham crackers. Then pudding again and finally graham crackers.

Step 3Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and spread on top of the cake. Cover and chill 4 hours. Taste better the next day if there's any left.
