1Add yeast to warm water and sugar; set aside until yeast bubbles.
2Add next 7 ingedients,plus 1 cup of the flour.
3Beat 2 min.on medium speed. With wooden spoon,add 2 remaining cups of flour. Place in greased bowl; turn once to grease top of dough. Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour
4Punch dough down and put in greased shallow pan 17x12x1 inches. Let rise 30 min, spread evenly in pan; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon, make shallow indentations with fingers and dribble with last 1/2 cup cooled melted butter.
5Let rise 30 min, then bake on 375 for 12 to 15 min till golden brown
