Ingredients
- 1 box super moist white cake mix
- 1-1/4 cup light cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup strawberry syrup
- 8 ounces light cool whip, thawed
- 3 cups fresh sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make mom's day creamy strawberry cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, light cream, eggs and oil on low for 2 mins.

Step 2Beat on medium 2 mins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool. With a fork, poke cake every inch. Pour strawberry syrup slowly over cake. Let cool some more.

Step 3Spread cool whip over cake. In bowl, beat strawberries and sugar, top cake w/ strawberry mix. Store in refrigerator.
