  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar

How To Make molten chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    Grease 4 ramekins Preheat oven 400 degrees
  • Step 2
    Melt chocolate with butter in microwave. Beat the egg yolks and sugar and mix into the chocolate
  • Step 3
    Beat the egg whites until stiff. fold into chocolate.
  • Step 4
    Fill each ramekin 2/3 full. Bake for 10 minutes.
