How to Make Molten Chocolate Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease 4 ramekins
    Preheat oven 400 degrees
  2. Melt chocolate with butter in microwave.
    Beat the egg yolks and sugar and mix into the chocolate
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff. fold into chocolate.
  4. Fill each ramekin 2/3 full.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
