This is one of my favorite coffeecake recipes because it has so many pecans! I love pecans.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make moist pecan coffee cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together flour, baking powder.

Step 2In another lg bowl, beat butter until fluffy, Slowly beat in sour cream, then sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold into flour mix, mix well, but don't overmix.

Step 3In medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Stir in melte butter until crumbly. Pour batter into pan, sprinkle w/ pecan mix. Bake 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
