Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make moist chocolate cake

Step 1Sift first 6 ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2Add oil, coffee, and milk. Beat for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add eggs and vanilla, and beat for 2 more minutes.

Step 4Pour into greased and floured round cake pans and bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 5Good with buttercream or peanut butter icing.
