Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make moist chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    Sift first 6 ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add oil, coffee, and milk. Beat for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add eggs and vanilla, and beat for 2 more minutes.
  • Step 4
    Pour into greased and floured round cake pans and bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Good with buttercream or peanut butter icing.
