Medenjaci, An Easy Serbian Cake
2 1/2 call use flour
1 1/2 csugar
4 Tbspjam (apricot or plum jam)
1 1/2 cmilk or sparkly(mineral) water,(in my opinion it's better to use both, to be exact, one cup of mineral water and half cup of milk)
1 tspbaking powder
1-2 cchocolate chips, melted
How to Make Medenjaci, An Easy Serbian Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- Mix up good, put in the 9x13 greased pan, when u see the crust getting slightly darker, stick knife through the dough and if the knife is clean dough is done!
- cool it for 30 minutes, and then smear a thin layer of apricot jam and then on the top of the cake pour melted chocolate, let the cake cool for an extra hour! enjoy making and baking and eating this delicious old school cake :) have fun!
