Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 - 8 oz pkgs reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 - 16 oz container light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make lower fat chocolate cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" sprinform pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Press into and up sides of pan. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and cocoa powder, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into pan, bake about 50 mins, or until firm. In small bowl, mix sour crea, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 tbsp sugar. Spread over cooled cake.
