  • 2 - egg white
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    COAT A 9X12X2 INCH BAKING PAN WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. IN A BOWL OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER OR FOOD PROCESSOR, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, COCOA, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. MIX THROUGHTLY. COMBINE OIL, MILK, CORN SYRUP, EGG, EGG WHITES AND VANILLA. STIR LIQUID INGRED. INTO DRY INGRED. FOLD IN NUTS. BAKE 20 MIN.
