Ingredients

3/4 c
margarine or butter
1/3 c
powdered sugar
1 1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
flour
3
eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 tsp
lemon juice

How to Make Lemon Brownies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly but not too soft.
  • 2Pat into a 9x13 and bake in an oven at 325 F for 20 minutes.
  • 3While in oven, mix remaining ingredients.
  • 4Remove baked portion from oven. Pour remaining mixture into the baked portion.
  • 5Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • 6Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar immediately.
