This recipe most likely came from the back of a box, but since the first time I had it, it was made by my sister-in-law Kathleen it is officially Kathleen's Famous Chocolate Frosting.

Ingredients

4 - unsweetened squares chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 package (16 oz size)confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make kathleen's famous chocolate frosting

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter.

Step 2

Combine sugar, milk and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir until smooth.
Step 3

Set bowl in sink full of ice water. Add melted chocolate and stir with wooden spoon until very smooth.
