I wish I could say I came up with this one, but I got this recipe off allrecipes.com from a post by a lady named Jennifer Walker. I just had to share it, because it's soooo good!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 package 8oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
  • GLAZE
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Mix the first four ingredients together( by hand, about 50 strokes). It will still have some small lumps. Pour half the batter into an ungreased 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the batter in the cake pan. Spoon the other half of the batter into the cake pan, covering the brown sugar and cinnamon. Twirl the cake with a butter knife or icing knife into whatever design you want to make.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Step 4
    Glaze Mix the confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl with a whisk. Drizzle over warm cake and enjoy.
