Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 4 ounces german chocolate sweet chocolate bar melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - oreo crust
- - topping
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened flake coconut
How To Make german chocolate cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. In large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2For Topping Beat eggs and place in saucepan with evaporated milk, butter sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat whisking until thickened about 10 minutes. Stir in pecans and coconut. let cool

Step 3Place coconut topping on top of cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
