fabulous carrot cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup nuts
• 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
• 2 cups carrots, grated
• 1 can pineapple, crushed with juice (sm can)
• 3 - eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cloves
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup real butter
• 1 pound powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
