Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 can pineapple, crushed with juice (sm can)
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup real butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make fabulous carrot cake

Step 1Sift dry ingredients, add oil & beat together. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each. Fold in carrots, pineapple, nuts & vanilla. Bake 350F 1 hour or until done.

Step 2*Frosting - cream together cream cheese & butter until fluffy. Add sugar & vanilla and frost cake when completely cool.
