An easy delicious fresh strawberry cake made w/ a cake mix.I garnish it w/ fresh whipped cream and a sliced strawberry.

Ingredients

2 cups mashed or crushed strawberries
1 - 6 oz pkg strawberry jello mix
3 cups mini marshmellows
1 package yellow cake mix

How To Make easy upside-down strawberry cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2

Spread strawberries in bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly w/ jello mix. Top w/ marshmellows. In lg bowl, prepare cake mix as directed.
Step 3

Pour cake mix over berries in pan. Bake about 40 mins. Cool in pan. Run knife around inside of pan to loosen cake. Turn cake onto a serving plate.
