Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened, i used reduced fat
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 - 9" graham cracker crust

How To Make easy orange-lemon cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in both juices and zests.
  • Step 2
    Pour into crust. Bake 35-40 mins, will still be a little jiggly. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate 4 hrs.
