    8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened, i used reduced fat
  • 3/4 c
  • 2 large
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    orange zest
  • 3 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1
    9" graham cracker crust

How to Make Easy orange-lemon cheesecake


  1. Heat oven to 350. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in both juices and zests.
  2. Pour into crust. Bake 35-40 mins, will still be a little jiggly. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate 4 hrs.
