Ingredients
- 1 box carrot cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 16 oz box powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
How To Make easy gooey carrot cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter w/ cake mix and 1 egg.

Step 2Mix well, press dough into bottom of baking dish. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in 1/2 cup butter. Beat in eggs. Beat in vanilla and powdered sugar.

Step 3Fold in walnuts and pineapple. Spread mix over crust. Bake about 40 mins.
