A very simple cake, but pretty once you put the decorations on it.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup light mayonnaise like cains
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can white frosting, i used cream cheese frosting
- green decorating sugar
- jelly beans
- different colored marshmellow peeps

How To Make easy easter cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, mayonnaise, water and vanilla.

Step 2

Beat until combined. Pour into pan. Bake about 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 3

Let cool, cut into 15 squares. Sprinkle each square w/ decorating sugar. Decorate w/ jelly beans and peeps.
