Adding the instant coffee granules and coffee flavoring brings out the chocolate in the cup cakes. Adding heavy whipping cream instead of water keeps them moist. Just something to share on the big day simple and easy.
He said there were none left and they did like them. That was all that was needed, something to go with their coffee or cup of tea.

2 tspinstant coffee granules crushed
1 1/2 tspcoffee flavor
3 largeeggs, room temperature
1/3 cvegetable oil or canola
1 cheavy whipping cream
