- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon each baking soda and salt
- 1 cup coffee room temp
- 1 cup buttermilk
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 12 ounces cool whip
- TOPPINGS
- 1 cup crushed oreo's
- 2 cups mini peanut butter cups or 1 small bag peanut butter cups
- 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 pan.

Step 2Mix the ingredients for cake together beat well. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely

Step 3Whip the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar together. Fold in the whip cream. Spread over cooled cake

Step 4Top with crushed cookies peanut butter cups and warm the hot fudge and drizzle over top.

Step 5Tip. Can use fudge frosting instead of hot fudge.
