Ingredients
- 1-1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup plus 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup buttermilk, room temp
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
How To Make creamy peanut butter cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat butter and 3/4 cup peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs and 1/2 cup buttermilk, beat until combined.

Step 2Add flours, sugar, water baking powder and vanilla. Beat on med-high until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 45 mins, reduce temp to 325 and bake another 5-10 mins, or untill a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Let cake cool, turn out onto a cooling rack. In bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanuts, remaining peanut butter and buttermilk. Mix well. Spoon over cake.
