How to Make Coconut Poke Cake
- Mix the cake mix according to the directions and bake also at recommended time and temperature. After done baking let cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix together the 8oz of Cream of Coconut (found in most stores in the liquor area) DO NOT USE COCONUT MILK OR COCONUT WATER , 8 oz sweetened condensed milk, and the tsp of coconut extract
- With a fork or wooden handle, poke multiple holes in the cake. Pour the Mixture of Cream of Coconut, Sweetend Condensed Milk, and coconut extract evenly over the cake.
- Top with Cool Whip . ( Make sure it is thawed out) And then sprinkle with coconut and pecan pieces.
- Keep refridgerated
