Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 8 ounces cream of coconut
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bag shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
How To Make coconut poke cake

Step 1Mix the cake mix according to the directions and bake also at recommended time and temperature. After done baking let cake cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2Mix together the 8oz of Cream of Coconut (found in most stores in the liquor area) DO NOT USE COCONUT MILK OR COCONUT WATER , 8 oz sweetened condensed milk, and the tsp of coconut extract

Step 3With a fork or wooden handle, poke multiple holes in the cake. Pour the Mixture of Cream of Coconut, Sweetend Condensed Milk, and coconut extract evenly over the cake.

Step 4Top with Cool Whip . ( Make sure it is thawed out) And then sprinkle with coconut and pecan pieces.
