This is a favorite family recipe from one of my good friends, Tracy Sanders. Everything Tracy makes is wonderful!

Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- CAKE
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
How To Make tracy sander's cinnamon chocolate chip cake

Step 1Mix together topping ingredients and set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Step 3In a small bowl, sift/whisk, the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 4Add dry ingredients, sour cream and chocolate chips to the butter mixture. Mix until blended.

Step 5In 9x12 metal/glass pan : grease and flour pan. Add 1/2 of batter. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar. Then top with remaining batter and spread carefully. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
