How to Make Chocolate Sheet Cake
1Mix first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2In 2 qt sauce pan, combine water, cocoa, butter and shortening. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3Pour hot chocolate mixture over dry ingredients and blend. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and blend.
4Bake at 400 for 20 minutes in greased 11x16 pan.
5FROSTING: Frost while cake is still hot.
-Boil butter, cocoa, and milk in a sauce pan.
-Remove from heat, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Blend.
-Stir in nuts (optional).
