chocolate salted peanut butter roll
I have made pumpkin rolls, strawberry rolls, and chocolate rolls but this is the first time I have ever put this combination together and my family went crazy over it. The combination of the peanut butter and the kosher salt was absolutely wonderful. It was so good that I didn't even get a picture of it, they ate it so fast. I hope you at least try it once.

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- FILLING MIXTURE
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup butter, softened

Step 1Beat Three Eggs for 5 minutes

Step 2Add Chocolate Cake mix, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil. mix until thoroughly mixed. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3While cake is warm turn it out on a tea towel that is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll the cake in a roll and leave until completely cooled.

Step 4When cake is cooled roll back out and place mixture on cake. then sprinkle with kosher salt. Roll cake back up without towel. put in refrigerator to cool.

Step 5MIXTURE--- Take cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
