chocolate-peanut butter brownies
I've been making these for years. Sometimes they come out real dense and thick, sometimes they come out cake-like. You just have to watch how long they bake for. Anywhere from 25 mins, to 35 mins. I usually make a chocolate frosting for these, makes them even more delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 4 tbsp softened butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 12 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 3 - heaping tbsp creamy peanut butter

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

Step 2beat in eggs, then cocoa powder. beat in flour, then peanut butter. Spoon into pan. Bake 25-35 mins, or until edges are just starting to brown.
