Couldn't believe nobody had post a recipe on this site for this SUPER EASY & completely yummy dessert drizzle. It won't let me post pics at this time..but I drizzled this over a triple chocolate cake..I also used the left over gaunche in cup of warm milk for rich creamy hot coco.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 9 ounces chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate gaunche

  • Step 1
    Heat whipping cream in a sauce pan..just til it starts to boil..DON'T let it boil though or it will over flow.
  • Step 2
    Turn off heat. Add chocolate chips & stir till melted.
  • Step 3
    Let cool & thicken up about 10 mins..then pour over dessert
