Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 11/4 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make chocolate cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Step 2Whisk almond milk and vinegar in a measuring cup and set aside a few minutes to curdle.

Step 3Beat together milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, bakinf powder and baking soda and mix until there are no lumps.

Step 4Fill cupcakes two-thirds of the way and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks and let cool before frosting.
