How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- 2Whisk almond milk and vinegar in a measuring cup and set aside a few minutes to curdle.
- 3Beat together milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, bakinf powder and baking soda and mix until there are no lumps.
- 4Fill cupcakes two-thirds of the way and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks and let cool before frosting.
