apple cider vinegar

cocoa powder
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/3 c
canola oil
3/4 c
granulated sugar
11/4 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • 2Whisk almond milk and vinegar in a measuring cup and set aside a few minutes to curdle.
  • 3Beat together milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, bakinf powder and baking soda and mix until there are no lumps.
  • 4Fill cupcakes two-thirds of the way and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks and let cool before frosting.
  • 5Enjoy!
