  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 - 6 oz. jars baby food carrots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Make carrot cake

  • Step 1
    Cream first 5 ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Add dry ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Bake in 13x9 pan or 10" round pans at 350 degrees until center tests done.
  • Step 4
    Frost with favorite icing.
