How to Make Carmel Icing
1Melt butter, add brown sugar, salt, in sauce pan. Stir (not to boiling point) 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
2Return to heat and stir until mixture comes to a good boil. Remove from heat. Blend in confectioners sugar.
3Add vanilla, milk can be added to thin.
