My favorite cake has to be a 3 layer cake with caramel frosting. I am glad I found this recipe in my mother's recipe box!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (not margarine)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cofectioner's sugar
How To Make caramel frosting

Step 1In a medium pot, cook the melted butter and brown sugar until blended, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Add the milk and beat with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add the confectioner's sugar until the right consistency is reached to spread.
