This Caramel Butterscotch Slow Cooker Cake is among the easiest and tastiest recipes using cake mixes. Ingredients

  • 16 1/2 ounces caramel cake mix
  • 1 stick + 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • - caramel sauce for drizzling

How To Make caramel butterscotch slow cooker cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat slow cooker about 15 minutes on low while making cake. Reserve 1 cup of cake mix and set to one side. Melt stick of butter and add to what is left of cake mix in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add milk and beat til batter is smooth. Pour into slow cooker and use spoon to smooth evenly across the bottom. Sprinkle the chips across the batter and drizzle some caramel sauce across the chipps and batter.
  • Step 3
    Now take the cup of cake mix and add the 2 tbsp of melted butter and boiling water together. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture over the batter in slow cooker.
  • Step 4
    Allow to cook on low for 2 hours or middle is set.If cake isn't set,turn it on high for 30 more minutes. Serve with your favorite ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce or just as is.
