bread pudding

I just love bread pudding. I use any kind of bread in this recipe, even torn up hot dog and hamburger buns work, but the best is always French or Italian bread and you can even use raisin bread which makes my favorite bread pudding. I cut the cinnamon in half when I use it. Also if you're out of brown sugar, you can substitute 3/4 cup white sugar instead and it works just fine.
