I ALWAYS POKE MY COCONUT CAKE SO THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE AS I LOVE BOSTON CREAM PIES.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • - ingredients needed for cake, eggs, oil & water
  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mixes
  • 4 cups milk (not soy)
  • 2 cans milk chocolate frosting

How To Make boston cream poke cake

  • Step 1
    PREPARE CAKE MIX AS DIRECTED ON BOX IN A 13 X 9 CAKE PAN.
  • BOSTON CREAM POKE CAKE
    Step 2
    WHILE CAKE IS COOLING, USE A LARGE WOODEN SPOON & POKE A LOT OF HOLES IN THE CAKE.
  • Step 3
    MAKE THE PUDDING ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTION ON THE BOX AND POUR THE PUDDING INTO THE HOLES ON THE CAKE. MAKE SURE ALL HOLES HAVE PUDDING.SPREAD THE REMAINDER OF THE PUDDING ON THE CAKE. PUT CAKE IN REFRIGERATOR TO COOL-ABOUT 2 HOURS.
  • BOSTON CREAM POKE CAKE
    Step 4
    PUT FROSTING IN A MICROWAVE BOWL. PUT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS. TAKE OUT & STIR REAL GOOD. TAKE CAKE OUT OF REFRIGERATOR & SPREAD ON CAKE.
