Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
4 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 - 12 oz bag frozen mixed berries, thawed, drained
8 ounces lite cool whip whipped topping
2 cups fresh berries, i used a mix of blackberries and strawberries

How To Make berry berry cheesecake

Step 1

Lightly spray a 9" x 13' pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 3 tbsp sugar. Press mix into bottom of pan.

Step 2

In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar. Stir in frozen, thawed berries. Beat on low 1 min. Beat in cool whip. Pour over crust.
Step 3

Cover, refrigerate 4 hrs. Decorate w/ fresh berries.
