This cheesecake w/ frozen, thawed berries mixed into creamy cheese and topped w/ fresh berries is berry good, lol

Ingredients For berry berry cheesecake

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 4
    8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    12 oz bag frozen mixed berries, thawed, drained
  • 8 oz
    lite cool whip whipped topping
  • 2 c
    fresh berries, i used a mix of blackberries and strawberries

How To Make berry berry cheesecake

    Lightly spray a 9" x 13' pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 3 tbsp sugar. Press mix into bottom of pan.

    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar. Stir in frozen, thawed berries. Beat on low 1 min. Beat in cool whip. Pour over crust.

    Cover, refrigerate 4 hrs. Decorate w/ fresh berries.
