This bread pudding came to fruition because of my sweet tooth, a box of banana nut muffin mix, some seriously overripe bananas and cleaning out my fridge, (lots of stale bread. Came out yummy, I hope you enjoy.

How To Make banana walnut bread pudding with caramel glaze
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gather ingredients, large mixing bowl, and 13x9 pyrex dish.
-
Step 2Empty box muffin mix and all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Then add wet ingredients mixing well. I let batter rest 10 minutes.
-
Step 3Pour batter into buttered 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until you see batter pulling away from sides of dish.
-
Step 4Heat milnot over medium heat stirring frequently until it turns to caramel.
-
Step 5Remove breadpudding from oven and while still warm pour caramel over top a little at a time, allowing it to soak in. I did mine ,using a plastic glove, and gently massaged it in with my fingers until it was at the consistency I wanted.
