Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 1/2 cup real mayonaise
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 - betty crocker butter pecan cake mix
  • 2 - bananas, mashed
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1 package 8oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick real butter, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces

How To Make banana butter pecan cake w/ cream cheese frosting

  • Step 1
    Mix mayo, milk and eggs together till smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in cake mix and bananas. Turn mixer to medium speed and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cool completely. Top with frosting and toasted pecans.
  • Step 5
    FROSTING: mix butter and cream cheese together till smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix till fluffy.
