Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup mixed candied fruit
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
- 1 cup craisins
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice

Step 1Cream butter and add sugar, creaming until light; add eggs. Add flour, salt, soda, and spices together with batter.

Step 2Dredge fruits in flour. Stir in fruits, nuts and applesauce with batter.

Step 3Bake in greased Bundt or tube pan at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
