Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins (soaked for 5 minutes in boiling water and drained)
- SWIRL
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make applesauce swirl cake

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins.

Step 2Pour into a well greased bundt pan.

Step 3Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl through batter with a knife to achieve a marbled effect in the finished cake.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cakes tests done with a toothpick inserted in center.

Step 5Cool for 10 minutes and turn onto rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
