1In lg bowl, beat baking mix, flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Beat egg in small bowl, add to flour mix and beat until combined.
2Beat in apple cider, dough will be thick and sticky. Heat oil in lg, deep skillet over med-high heat. In small, shallow bowl mix together 1 cup sugar and 1-12/ tsp cinnamon.
3Using a small cookie scoop or ice crem scoop, drop batter into oil, don't crowd pan. Fry for 5 mins, turn over and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar/cinnamon mix, repeat w/ remaining batter.
