Ingredients
- 2 cups organic pure cane sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - egg
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 ounces mini semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
How To Make whole wheat chocolate chip cookies

Step 1heat oven to 375 deg F. In a large bowl, stir in sugar,butter,vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in Chocolate Chips.

Step 2On ungreased cookie shee, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.

Step 3Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (center will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Makes 3 dozen cookies
