Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum, these homemade cookies are so good. Toffee chips give them a nice buttery flavor. White chocolate chips add some sweetness and just melt in your mouth. If you like your cookies soft and chewy, cook them for 9 minutes. We bet you can't eat just one!

Ingredients

  • DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces toffee bits

How To Make white chocolate toffee cookies

  • Wet ingredients combined in a bowl.
    Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • Dry ingredients to be mixed together in a bowl.
    Step 2
    In a medium-size bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • Dry ingredients added to wet ingredients.
    Step 3
    Add 1/3 of dry ingredients to wet ingredients and thoroughly mix. Continue to add dry ingredients in 1/3 increments until all ingredients are combine.
  • White chocolate chips and toffee bits added to dough.
    Step 4
    Add in white chocolate chips and toffee bits. The dough is a bit dry so I use my hands to combine these ingredients into the dough.
  • Bowl with dough covered in plastic wrap.
    Step 5
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap or wrap dough in plastic wrap.
  • Covered dough chilling in the fridge.
    Step 6
    Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours before baking.
  • Balls of dough on parchment paper.
    Step 7
    I used a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and put them on your parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
