These are so good - a nice soft cookie. I made these with a friend the first time and have made them a couple of more times. My daughter's new favorite cookie.

These strawberry cookies are delicate, soft and sweet. With just a hint a lime in the undertones, they are kind of refreshing. The white chocolate chips and fresh strawberries are a lovely flavor combo. This is a great spring or summer cookie when strawberries are nice and fresh. Very yummy!


1 c
butter, softened
1 pkg
cream cheese, softened, 8 oz.
2 c
1 1/2 Tbsp
zest from 3 limes, zest limes before cutting and juicing
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
3 c
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
2 c
fresh strawberries, finely chopped to about the size of chocolate chips (note: don't chop the strawberries until shortly before you're going to add them to the dough)
1 pkg
white chocolate chips, 11.5 oz.

How to Make White Chocolate Strawberry Cookies


  • 1Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, and 2 cups of sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 2Beat in egg, lime juice, and lime zest.
  • 3Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  • 4Add the white chocolate chips. Mix in gently.
  • 5Gently fold in chopped strawberries (drain any accumulated juices first).
  • 6Gently scoop into balls on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
  • 7Cool 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
  • 8Best if consumed within a couple of days. If they even last that long. Enjoy!
