Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa powder
- 48 - white reese's pb cups
How To Make white chocolate mini reese's pb cup cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together sugars and butter, adding in one egg at a time, and vanilla.

Step 2In seperate bowl combine dry ingredients well. Adding the dry into the wet into three stages. After mixed well set aside. Unwrap candies.

Step 3Spray mini muffin pan with Pam. Take a teaspoonful of batter and roll into a ball and place into a mini muffin pan filling it about 2/3 of the way up.

Step 4Bake about 8-10 minutes.Take pan out of oven and press a peanut butter cup into the center and cool completely before placing onto wire racks.
