I borrowed the basic ingredients from my own Salted Caramel White Chocolate Chip Recipe: Salted Caramel White Chocolate Chip Cookies because those cookies are addictingly delicious, but a bit of a challenge to make because of the caramel sticking to everything. This uses caramel bits as well but less of them and a couple other baking bits to make it simple and simply delicious. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 oz
    nestle crunch baking bits
  • 4 oz
    heath english toffee bits
  • 8 oz
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make White Chocolate Chip Delectable Drop Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together butter, sugars baking soda, salt, egg and vanilla. Add flour and mix till combined. Add "bits" and mix together, then add pecans and mix.
  2. I suggest using Silpat mats or parchment paper to avoid sticking. Drop by tablespoon size scoop and bake approx 10 min. at 375º. Baking time will differ from oven to oven.
  3. Cool COMPLETELY and use a spatula to remove.
