Ingredients

  • LAYER INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries (craisins)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peacans
  • ALONG WITH THE MIX YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl
  • Step 2
    Combine butter, eggs, vanilla; mix until well blended. Add cookie mix and mix Until well blended. Drop scoops of dough (approx. 2 tablespoons) 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten dough slightly using the back of a spoon or bottom of a glass. Bake 13-15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove to cooling rack.
