- LAYER INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries (craisins)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peacans
- ALONG WITH THE MIX YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl

Step 2Combine butter, eggs, vanilla; mix until well blended. Add cookie mix and mix Until well blended. Drop scoops of dough (approx. 2 tablespoons) 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten dough slightly using the back of a spoon or bottom of a glass. Bake 13-15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove to cooling rack.
