white chocolate and caramel cookies
I love white Chocolate and caramel, these cookies are the perfect blend of two of my favorite flavors. I also add salted peanuts to send them over the top.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine (imperial or parkay), softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon caramel extract
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 package butterscotch instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup kraft premium caramel bits
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make white chocolate and caramel cookies

Step 1Cream together margarine, butter, sugars and caramel extract. Combine 1 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking soda, and pudding mix and add to wet mix and stir well. Then add the last 3/4 cup flour, stir until combined and add white chocolate chips, caramel bits, and peanuts.

Step 2Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered in parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

Step 3Remove pan from oven and let cookies sit on pan 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
